Tea Parties & Roses

Today is the most gorgeous day...high 70's, bright blue skies, and no humidity. I took a few moments this morning to sit on the front porch and just savor it and think about the good time I have had this week visiting all of your wonderful and creative tea parties. Thank you for inviting me into your blogland homes and gardens. What fun I had. And the best part was I met a lot of new friends too. While I was enjoying this gorgeous day I noticed my poor scraggly roses are trying to throw out a last flush of blooms....no doubt loving the cooler weather just like me. So I snapped a photo and headed back inside. Now the rest of the day is devoted to my website which I seem to have neglected while I was sampling so many wonderful teas and oogling over all the delicious treats. I have lots of "new" old items to add. One is this darling little hand painted roses plate. Remember these? They hung on the wall by the scalloped wire hanger. So sweet! So until tomorrow......enjoy your day and thanks for the wonderful memories.

Hey! Thanks for visiting my blog. Yoir roses, in any form, are beautiful. I love roses, but it's hard to grow since we're in military housing ... sigh! I'll live through you!

lovely roses! (oh and for Rose-Michelle..I would try miniature roses! you can grow them in small pots along your walkway. Great for when you move often.)

Lovely roses Lynn. My hubby brought pink roses home to me yesterday. I must get them photographed and posted to my blog. I've been so busy with scrapbook kits I hardly have time right now for anything else. xoxo
