Yesterday I posted about a fabulous swap I participated in called A Very Vintage Christmas. If you have time, I hope you will scroll down to see the fabulous holiday items I received. If you have never participated in one of the swaps I encourage you to do so. Heidi of Foxgloves, Fabric and Folly is hosting one for Valentines. Hop on the bandwagon and join in. It's so much FUN.

Beautiful baubles. I have a 'pink christmas' in the kitchen, but I stick with traditional red, green and gold in the sitting room. I dont think Mr Kitten would like an 'all pink' christmas so this way we both get what we want.....although I will get my own way and one day turn the whole house into an all pink glittery grotto. Beautiful posts...this one and the one about the swap! How fun...
I must find a swap to participate in, but one where I can figure out how to send and receive from Brazil!

Hi Lynn,
That is a wonderful arrangement of ornaments which would look incredible on a wreath. I have little vignettes of started projects all over the house. My philosophy is that if I see the ingredients, I will start the project...BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP. No, I don't, my house is just messier.
Happy Pink Saturday,
Karen
Oh, how beautiful, Lynn!!
I am having a PINK CHRISTMAS this year...quite "all of a sudden"...come see my latest post...and sign up for our Christmas Give-Away!!

I have those same "back burner" projects all over too!! My husband has banned me from going into Michael's until SOMETHING is done!! hehehe
That is going to be one gorgeous wreath someday - in the meantime, those babies stand on their own!
Beautiful baubles! I would like to make a pink wreath for next year, too.... I have to collect more ornaments ;))

It is a vintage garbage can. I bought it for $1.00 It wasn't even for sale and there was garbage in it. Go figure.
Hope your flowers get out of that box or they will grow, especially if they are near warm heat or air.
Mine are getting bigger by the day.
Just returned from a beautiful party at my cousins. He is a caterer and put on a lavish spread. I will post about it this week.

Merry Christmas, Lynn!
We've reinvented our way of celebrating, several times over the years. This year is the first in many, the family will be at our house, Christmas morning. Last year we left for TN and NC on Christmas day. I'm not sure we have any steadfast traditions. It's good to change things up a bit now and then.
