Pink Saturday ~ Storytime

Welcome to Pink Saturday. Once again (hope you don't get tired of this) we are traveling to Italy ~ Epcot for my pink photo. I didn't realize until I uploaded these photos to my computer how much pink was in this photo. I love this picture because all the little children (my sweet Boo is the one with the red heart by her) were so enthralled with the storyteller. She is telling the story of La Befana. Children in Italy believe in a female version of Santa Claus called La Befana, an old woman who flies on a broom and brings presents.

The pink Italian building in the background is gorgeous and virtually all the children were wearing pink....right down to pink crocs. (Ms. Stone Rabbit, I thought of you when I saw those :) and pink hair bows.

Happy Pink Saturday! For more pink deliciouness just click right here. Beverly host this fine day every week and it's always a delight.

What a sweet, sweet photo of those kiddos! I didn't know about the Italian version of Santa--see, it does pay to read our Pink Sat. shares word for word, cuz we learn so much!! :)
Happy Pink Sat!!!

PS I'm wearing those Pink Crocs right this moment--I have really thick socks in those Crocs, however!! Chilly here in the mid-west!

Lynn ~ Disney sure is the standard-bearer for children's entertainment, isn't it? What a great experience for the kids and adults alike, I'm sure!

Ha -you learn something new everyday I guess. I never knew that they didn't believe in Santa Claus in Italy. I've never been to Epcot but it looks like a great vacation spot. Happy Pink Saturday! ~ Robyn

Hey! Thanks for visiting my blog and inviting me to Pink Saturdays. I enjoyed all the pinkness yesterday and would love to participate sometime. So, you like to shag at Myrtle huh? I told myself if I ever moved back I would learn how. My husband and I took 6 weeks of dance lessons and thouroughly enjoyed it. He's more of a waltz kind of guy, but I'm sure he'll get the knack of shagging with a few more lessions and a practice. Please drop by again and tell your friends to visit as well. I would love to get to know you. ~Elizabeth

Happy Pink Saturday, Lynn. Don't feel bad, I'm still out visiting, too. It will probably be mid-week before I finish. We went to a wonderful wedding yesterday.

I love Epcot, and will never tire of pictures. This picture is just awesome - and oh so very sweet.
