Pink is the New Orange

You can find pink in the most unlikely of places. I am sure you have seen that orange tape that they use on road construction to keep you out of the area. Well....this tape was pink....have never seen that before and it made me smile. I hope the people driving by on the highway right beside this didn't think I was a crazy lady taking pictures of saw horses and tape. :) HAPPY PINK SATURDAY you all. Go see our Beverly right here for a list of tons and tons of pink fun stuff.

That is quite a capture..., and it does make me wonder whether pink is the new orange! Or why do they have pink tape!?

Hi, Lynn!
I love the pink tape (and have some in my tool kit!) Breast cancer awareness month is the BEST time to find all kinds of pink goodies -- more than you could ever imagine. Even better ... the month AFTER ... yeah, SALES, baby! Mr. Sammy Girl got me TWO knives last year for my kitchen. Now THAT's love! (now if I could just find those pink hoses that came and went from Target before I could buy any two years ago ....) lol!
have a great weekend!
Betty :)

Happy Pink Saturday Lynn. Maybe that pink tape was for a Breast Cancer walk a thon, or some sort of other Breast Cancer celebration. I love it either way. It is always so much fun to come across these beautiful messages on our journeys that we travel each day. I have started carrying my camera with me at all times. I don't want to miss a thing. Thanks for sharing Lynn. Please stop by and let me share my Pink Post with you. I can't wait to show you what I did with my boot. Country hugs, Sherry

I had to giggle when I saw this... my first thought was how cool it would be if Home Depot changed their big orange logo to a pink one ;-)

Love what you wrote on my First Word post. The picture you painted was so restful, just lovely!

Smiles to you,

Dear Lynn, Love that pink tape. I would love to buy a roll or two myself. It would be a way to keep certain area's in the house "Off Limits" when I'm busy and dont need any visitors (especially when wrapping gifts). What issue of VICTORIA were you featured in? I have every issue. I would love to revisit and see your nest!

I hope I see some soon. In Vermont though, the "latest" is anywhere from 50-100 years behind civilization. Haven't forgotten my post featuring your items. I have about 15 PS posts left to read. So...Happy late Pink Saturday!

Oh, well spotted! And how nice the workers had a bit of imagination and used something a little different. I bet it livened their day up too.

Happy (belated) Pink Saturday! (I'm still trying to visit everyone).
