White Wednesday ~ Faded Pearls

I am thrilled to be included in this wonderful White Wednesday hosted by that pretty blog called Faded Charm. On my treasure hunts every week, I am always on the look out for bits and baubles, faded and worn, shiny and bright, tarnished and shabby......pieces to include in my new and make-over projects. These things sit around in glass jars and old dishes just waiting to be made into something wonderful. Actually, I think they look pretty wonderful just the way they are! Have a wonderful Wednesday and please visit Kathleen for a list of all the participants. :)

Your baubles do look beautiful as is. How the little ballerina brings back memories. Didn't we all have that little jewelry box in which she twirled to the wind up music?? I loved mine, although it was usually filled with scraps and old candy wrappers! lol!!

Have a Happy Halloween, sweet lady! :-)

Fun!! I have been collecting vintage pearl necklaces and pile them all on at once! I even wrap one around my wrist for a bracelet! Usually I pin a vintage broach onto the necklace for some added sparkle! Happy Wednesday!!

They do look great just as they are! There is just something that draws me to faded and tarnished items....

I love the pearls...so pretty! What I love most about pearls are their versatility...can be dressed up or down.

I love old pearls. I have one necklace I wore at my wedding that have pearls in it, but they are broke. I also like the little ballerina. I once had a little ballerina she was dressed in pink but somewhere I have lost it. Thank you for coming by I appreciate your concern.

Vintage pearls have to be the prettiest jewelery around! I love the collection you have and wonder what you might create with them later (although I do agree they are pretty just si as are).

How are your little chicks doing? They are definitely an adventure!

Hi cutie, you mentioned buying glass jar to put all you wonderful buttons in. I've been collecting milk glass and when I put a sewing room together, it's black and white. I use all my milk glasss to hold my things. I love it.

That picture reminds me of a dream sequence from a Shirley Temple movie...looks just like something little Shirley would love to try on and preen in front of a mirror with...lovely!

Hi again, thanks for the visit. Yes, I just found the Black and White Store. I use to wear things like that. I screams while I was in it, I love it so much. How can I loose all this weight? I just gotta, I just gotta.

Hi Lynn
Interesting about pearls. I should have posted the one's I have... maybe next week. I forgot about WW.
My aunt gave me her pearls. They were purchased in 1943 at "Birks". Like your Tiffany's. Yes I will post about them, I love them so.
Came by to say hi
Love Claudie
