Cheep Thrills ~ White Wednesday

They flew in yesterday……..because a window had been left open to catch the season’s first fresh sweet Spring breezes. A Momma and her baby. Just flew right in and settled on the corner of the antique shabby white faux fireplace in the master bedroom. They liked that old fireplace mantle because they knew Ms. Lynn would never light a fire in it because it wasn’t real. She just had to have it because it looked so uber fabulous resting on the sea foam green painted walls (Much to Bobby G’s chagrin who doesn’t understand this cool white thing in the bedroom where there is no actual fireplace….men!)

These wonderful birds, hand crafted of wood, painted white and a bit shabby are available in The Vintage Nest shop. Go here if you are needing a fabulous little piece for a Spring time vignette in your beautiful home. Very sweet on an Easter dinner table or in someone special’s Easter basket. (I am experimenting today with Live Writer and it’s taking me wayyyy too much time! If this post looks wonky it’s their fault……..it couldn’t possibly be mine. :) Happy White Wednesday and I hope you will visit Kathleen at Faded*Charm for lots more wonderful Whites.

xoxo Lynn

Hi Lynn,

Those birds are pretty cool, too bad men don't understand our decorating ways.

What is this "live writer" thingy I'm hearing about? Your post looks fine to me.

Hugs,
Meri

What unique birds those are, I couldn't figure out at first if they were paper or wood!

Oh those birdies are sooo sweet...love the way they look on your mantle.
I also love that typeface...font that you used, it made your post so much easier to read. Please keep using it ( unless of course you find another you love more).
Have a truly scrumptious day,

They are adorable, and I love that fireplace mantle! No men rarely understand the really important matters, do they?

Your little birdies made me remember that today I saw my first robin of the season.

My husband has given up on the white thing and just goes along. Happy wife, happy life. That's his motto.

Sweet little birdies. =) They look as if your mantle was meant just for them. And like so many little things make me even more anxious for spring!

Your post with Live Writer looks good. I use it and really like it (after I figured it all out)...

Have a wonderful week,
Jennifer
