Only once in the time I have been on the hunt for things for my shop I have run across the perfect vintage shabby pink roses blanket, until last weekend. Look at this one! Don't you just love it?!! Look at all those shabby pink roses and I love the way the roses climb up one end only and it has the best old pink satin binding on it. It's just perfect for a cottage porch chilly night cover-up or to put at the foot of a bed all dressed up in shabby splendor or how divine as a picnic blanket. Okay ... now I am on the hunt for the perfect vintage picnic basket. I just listed it in the boutique right here and the price is right. :)
Thank you Debbie, Beverly and Kecia for allowing me to be a part of your day. I am off for another day of treasure hunting. I just can't get enough of the "thrill of the hunt". And while I am out I am hoping to find a patch of wild blackberry bushes. I am really in the mood for some blackberry cobbler (with vanilla icecream...yum! ) You have a fabulous weekend too. xoxo

Hi Lynn Sweetie...
Happy Pink Saturday and what a beautiful share today. I love this blanket, as it does bring back memories to me. It would sure be nice for a nightime blanket on the bed. It is to hot for anything very heavy these days. The roses are just beautiful, and I am surprised at the wonderful condition of it. I can't believe that you are parting with it.
I am heading over to your shop to check it out. Thanks for the share sweetie.
Have a wonderful Saturday. Stop by soon. I have missed you.
Country hugs sweetie...Sherry
