Today, 41 years ago, we said our I do's. :)
Now, as I understand it, after 41 years, the gift is supposed to be "land". Hmmmm...wonder if that means I might get that beach house today. Nahhhhhhh...I doubt it. :) "Happy Anniversary" Bobby G. The cream cheese cherry pie is waiting.

Congratulations sweet friend. A major milestone and one y'all should be so proud of. Cat Daddy and I will be celebrating our 37th on the 11th, so I can appreciate all the hard work, compromising and love it takes to make a marriage work. I raise my glass to you both.

Hey Sweetie ~ I was just thinking and giggling about you today. I had to cut in another lane during rush hour traffic and attempted to be as sweet as you with that southern wave of thanks that you do. It worked!!! I just wish I was as naturally sweet as you. Thanks for thinking about me. Who ever knew the grieving process was going to put me in such a tail spin. I'm just going to have to take it one moment at a time. Love you!
Congratulations, Lynn and Bobby! I'm late to your party, but my wish is timeless... may you have many more happy years together! :-)
And you are a beautiful couple, then and now! I love that wedding photograph. Lynn, Bobby looks like he could eat you up with a spoon! And that's the way marriage should be.
I saw this post roll up before I went on my blog break, but you must have mistakenly published it before the big day. I do that! ;-) So I came back to check in with you. I'm running around chasing my own tail, but I hope I can blog off and on bfore I return the end of August.
Love you!
XO,
Sheila :-)
And Lynn, I think a beach house is a very, very shiny idea. :-)
You must be a lucky couple. 41 years is no joke and you are both great to survive those endearing years. I wish the two of you not just 41 years more but a lifetime of beautiful marriage.
May Your Day Be Lovely,
The Muse
