Scatterd in the Wind ~ Pink Saturday

Nope.....it could be but it's not me that's scattered in the wind! .....  :)

It's the old flowering whisper pink tree in the front yard.  Beautiful and gorgeous and light as a fluffy summer cloud

Is there anything so beautiful as the first blooms of Spring.....when it's warm in the sun and still winter in the shade?

We had a powerful storm last night.   It rained pink petals.  They scattered in the wind.

HAPPY PINK SATURDAY and a wonderful weekend to you! xoxo
Thanks to Beverly of How Sweet The Sound for our wonderful Pink Saturdays.

Happy Pink Saturday, Lynn.

I do love Spring. I think it is the most gorgeous time of the year. The blooms take my breath away. It is so beautiful at your place, and your photos are gorgeous.

My drive is covered in scattered petals, too. They are from our pear tree. We had a big storm Wednesday night.

I hate it when storms take all the blossoms, but I love your picture of the blossoms all over the ground. How pretty. I blogged on our snow covering my spring blossoms! Have a great Pink Saturday and I hope ours changes from a White Saturday!

OMy Lynn, That photo is so white!!! I love it..I love white flowers and any other plant that is white..it's so pretty. Do you thing the florets could be pressed?
I'm looking to press as many flowers as I can find..Could you throw a few or a handfull into a book, maybe between some wax paper..I would love some of these..working on a project that will require lots of pressed flowers..No biggy if you cant..
Hugs,
Shirley

What beautiful trees. A bit sad to loose the blossoms off them, but it creates a nice carpet! Enjoyed vising your blog. Happy Pink Saturday!

Wow! Lynn...these photos are beautiful. Love the closeup blooms and your new look here on your bloggy! We have some march winds that would have blown off the blooms and blown down the tree! Hopefully the wind is about done. Happy Pink Saturday and Warm Weekend!

I think the blossoms on the ground are just as pretty as in the trees.
There's a romance about it all and the tell tale signs that spring has arrived.
Happy Pink Saturday, Char
