Down by the fence line, I found a few....just a precious few, not found by the deer, wild blackberries. Destined for a cobbler ....dessert on the first night :)
Beds freshly made for sweet dreams, cool crisp vintage cameo linens, smelling sweetly of lavender
Old ironstone pitchers in every room, filled with wildflowers from the fields and a reminder of the 4th "red, white and blue"
The kids are coming home......
And I will be busy for awhile blowing bubbles and playing hopscotch and taking nature walks and making plastic jewelry and catching lightning bugs and ..............

Sounds like the perfect summer -- we all need to get around kids if we don't have any grandkids of our own yet and blow some bubbles! My favorite is always chalk drawing on the sidewalk! Enjoy!
