Welcome to my home and gardens. (Hey...that's a magazine isn't it? :) There's really not too much in bloom right now in my gardens so I thought I would show you some of my garden elements. I have a glass of iced tea waiting for you and some sweets. We'll chat for a while and then I'll turn you loose to wander the gardens. Enjoy and I promise to take the "Go Away" sign down before you come. :) The beautiful Cielo over at the House in the Roses is the hostess of this party so slip on over there for a list of all the participating bloggers. ***** Also, today is Pink Saturday hosted by Beverly at How Sweet the Sound. Click over there to see some beautiful pink things not to mention Beverly's gorgeous roses.

Happy first day of summer and have a great weekend. It's the longest day of the year. xo Lynn

Hi Lynn
Love the "Go Away!" sign! Just great! You have some lovely spots in your garden!I am participating, too, hope you can stop by
P>S> I think Cielo mistakenly has you hooked up to your boutique and not this post--check it out on her blog!
Your garden is so beautiful, and all the containers and garden artwork are gorgeous too. I love that bicycle and your signs are always the talk of blogland. Such a lovely place to enjoy a glass of ice tea, karen.
Lynn, I love all of your garden goodies. Each one adds so much charm and personality.
You should start joining us for Pink Saturday. I see you have pink in your life.
I especially liked the lady in the bathing suit! I'm afraid that's what I'd look like if I dared to try one on! So I shall pass on your lovely dessert. (Sigh...) You have lovely elements. Can't wait to see all the blooms! I shall return!

Hey Ms. Lynn, I'm worn out, aren't you? I've been touring everyones' garden since 8:00 am and I still have more to go. I adore the bicycle and I want everything I see in your garden. Must say, you always have lovely things posted. Well I must hit the trail again, thank you for the tour. Hugs, RoseMarie
Just lovely! Hi you, it's me. Remember? I know, it's so hard to get around to everyone!!! Your garden is wonderful and the art absolutely adorable. I love the lady in the bathing suit. Too fun. I'm supposed to be working on my own blog, but I can't stop peeking at everyone elses! If you visit, egnore the weeds. It's been a tough year here at Rose Cottage Studio!!! What I love most about gardening is "There's always next year." Right?
Nice to stop by and see you again.
All the best,
Suze XO

Hi,
Love your garden "elements"! Really LOVE the bicycle.
Sadly, the garage sale was not very productive...not much traffic, due to insufficient advertising. However, GOODWILL benefitted, as what remained, after I "picked" a few items out to keep...went there! Phew...that felt good!!! (good, good, good) I think I hear an echo! LOL!
~Blessings,
Jan
Hi, Lynn! I don't want to sound "corny," but I love our corn stalks the best, too! Thanks for stopping by.
Mmmmm. . . .I can almost taste your ice cold tea! I see your shiny green basil (I cheat and have a potted basil next to my kitchen sink for a handy picking without ever leaving my kitchen!) and I actually can appreciate the "Go Away" sign! Too funny!
Did you make that darling welcome plaque at the top of this page..? very sweet.. hugs Patty
Hi Lynn, your garden elements are treasures. I love the bike. I also got one this year and enjoy it so much. Your signs are too cute and I love that first welcome sign. But the go away is great!!

Hi dear Lynn!
How lovely to have iced tea (our favourite!) and sweets with you!!!! Your garden is beautiful in Summer, but you know we love it ALL seasons!! Our beautiful Cielo did a wonderful job of hosting this event! Love the bicycle, so so sweet. And that beautiful green looks like Basil? Screams Summer to us!! Now you have had the longest day and we have just had the shortest day yesterday, being Mid Winter here in Melbourne! Amazing isn't it! Our Camelia's are all blooming beautifully at the moment, not much else though, all is bare! We would love to swap places with you right now even for a day, a bit of warmth would be sooo darn good right now!!
All is well here, thank you for being such a lovely friend :)
Enjoy your Summer Lynn, we well remember the l-o-n-g Winters at Cedar Hill!!
Blessings always and huge hugs,
Jenn and Jacqui xo

LOL...the GO AWAY sign is the good idea...I think I'll make one for myself....DH asked where I would put it and I jokingly said on the front door...actually I have a sign that says "Be Nice or Leave" that I'm quite fond of too. I have some scraps of wood that I am re purposing so I am looking for whimsical suggestions...
Hugs,
Robin
Hi Lynn, I love sculptural items in the garden. I think my favorite though is that bike surrounded by ivy. Just so lovely. I have to say, it would make a great painting too. LOL
