Everything's Coming Up Roses

Thank you for joining us for "Pink Friday at Make Mine Pink" and Pink Saturday hosted by Beverly. We look forward to seeing you each and every week for "shopping with a twist."

We love roses. NO! we are obsessed with roses. We plant them in our gardens, we bring them into our homes by vase after vase full, we decorate our beds with rose linens and our cupboards with rose china~ and why not~ we think they are the perfect flower.
Roses have a long and colorful history. They have been symbols of love, beauty, war, and politics. The rose is, according to fossil evidence, 35 million years old.* But then, so is the alligator! We think roses are more romantic~ don’t you?

Join us for PINK Friday@ MMP, your invitation to “Shopping With a Twist” as the boutiques present “Romantically Roses” on Friday, July 4th. Be sure to come early! Click "here" for a list of all participating boutiques. You'll love it! And click on the high lighted pink word roses below to take you straight to the item page in my boutique. P.S. theVintageNest is offering free shipping for the 4th of July weekend.

well, this is a little personal, but when I first dated my husband, he asked me what makes me squeal with delight and I responded without hesitation, "Pink roses!" Two dozen arrived that day! Awe, how could I resist him after that?

HELLO Mother Hen!
I have been a busy bee...vacation and catching up on house stuff.
I moved in to my space today so now I can take a breather and then update my site. I am going to keep my site simple and sweet. I am removing categories and going to do some updating on it.
How is your site?Has it been steady this last month? I have had a few sales. I do not have any big ticket items though so my sales have been small.
I hope all is well and you had a nice 4th.
I finally found a copy of Romantic Country...and saw my first published ad for shabby lane. The ad in Southern lady is the one I really like but I do not have a copy yet.
Talk soon, Sheri
