The Bloggerette Sorority

It's rush day at the Bloggerette Sorority house and I am as giddy as a school girl.  I am busy hanging up posters in the house to announce the big event.  I hope you will stop by for the party. What a grand time we will have, ......  We just can't help but have a fabulous time you see because these bloggers are the most gracious, fun loving, funny, talented,  giving, creative and just the sweetest bunch of people you'd ever want to meet. (Did I mention they can cook too?...so the hors d'oeuvres (or horse doors as my son used to say) will be amazing.)  The key's in the urn so come on in!

Beaucoup thanks to Karen,  of that fabulous blog,  "Some Days are Diamonds",  for hosting this fun day.  Last time I looked there were 130 something rushees signed up.  Each will be creating something special with the design that Karen gave us for the rush party. The picture of the "olden women" below was what we had to create something with.  We had to use that photo and somehow put our own lovely mugshot in there somewhere. :) I decided to make a poster out of mine and a modern day street scene.  The girls and I are heading to the uptown sorority house with the posters but for the life of me I can't figure why they are wearing cool jeans and cute little tank tops and I am wearing an old apron. :) (If you click on the blue postage stamp it will get bigger...:) To see them all just click here and look on her sidebar.  Have a great weekend and I'll see you at the party.
**** A million thanks to Ms. Bunny of B. Catherine Designs, the cutest thang and who accepted my challenge immediately when I asked for her help....yay Bunny!

Oh, I forgot to tell you that neither Kodak or Sophie will go in the pool. They bolt when they see us coming for them, LOL, although Sophie LOVES the hose and we were surprised she liked being in the lounge chair!

So glad you stopped by my site, and I must say so..I adore the apron.

It is lovely to meet you, indeed. I've signed up to follow...anyone who loves the thrill of the hunt as much as I do has to be one of my blog buddies! I'm heading to your WBC studio tour now. I'm very slow getting to each one, but life keeps interfering with my blogging!
