Happy Pink Saturday
Thank you Beverly of How Sweet the Sound for hosting Pink Saturday. It's always a pleasure to participate. ~~~ This has been some week weather wise! I want to thank all who emailed this week checking on us. You are so thoughtful and kind. We were about 38 miles from the epicenter of the earthquake and it was a scary ride but things are just fine. Now we have Irene bearing down on us and it seems she is using her given rights as a female and keeps changing her mind and direction. :) If predictions are right we will get hit with high winds and oodles of rain and most likely loose power. So forgive me, if I don't get to visit you. Let's hope for the best. And this just blows my mind. My youngest son, who lives in New York City, is expecting to get hit too. The hurricane hitting New York City!...unbelievable. ~~~~ Have a good weekend and stay safe.

Lynn, hope everyone stays safe! Our prayers are with you.
May you and family be blessed and not receive any serious damage or injury. I wish we could get some of the rain in Texas.
I trust you and family will be blessed and the bad part diminishes before it gets to you. Texas could use the rain.
Thinking of everyone in Irene's path and praying that she goes easy on you.

Oh my. Nothing like a double whammie! Your sheet music tied up so beautifully looks wonderful. We'll all send positive thoughts that the hurricane will leave you alone! We can't have your beautiful work messed up.
I haven't had the experience of that type of weather, but the waiting game must be stressful enough. Stay safe. Blessing and prayers. Happy PS Yvette x

What a beautiful bouquet of music. I love the way you've tied each sheet up.
It sounds like you and I fared about the same with the earthquake. I hope you did the same with the wind and rain of Irene.

Lynn, last week was definitely a week to remember. I am glad you are safe. Did you have any damage or complications?
The earthquake actually damaged one of our televisions. I didn't believe it at first, but now I know. The tremors threw off the color alignment. It was quite $$$ to fix it, and we have decided to let it go.
I love those white marigolds. I don't recall ever seeing any white before. I would love some in my garden, too.
I enjoy your guest blogger. So many wonderful inspirations.
Happy Pink Saturday, dear friend. I know I'm late, but better late than never - I hope.
